Tim Crawford is the owner of Crawford Realty, LLC and has been a real estate agent in the Sauk Valley and Northern Illinois area for over 20 years. He received his Associates Degree in marketing with a Certificate in real estate from Sauk Valley Community College. In 2002, Tim was named Realtor of the Year by the Lee County Association of Realtors. As a lifetime resident of the Sauk Valley area, Tim is familiar with this community and the property in the area. Born into an agricultural environment and having been a farmer himself, Tim has the first hand experience and knowledge to help you with your agricultural real estate needs. He believes community involvement is important and has been active on the local board of realtors, serving in several different capacities over the years and is currently a member of the Dixon Chamber Ambassadors. Tim lives in Dixon with his wife Kirsten and their three children.
